MilCombat Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of MilCombat (the Telegram bot @milcombat_bot, its Mini App and the website milcombat.com). By playing you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. The game is provided by the MilCombat team.

1. Your account

• Your account is created automatically from your Telegram profile. One Telegram account — one game account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age at which the law of your country allows you to use such services on your own).
• You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account and for everything done in the game from it.

2. Virtual items and currency

Money, respect, cigarettes, energy, weapons, clothing, the Battle Pass and other in-game items are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. You receive a licence to use them in the game, not ownership. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred outside the game’s own mechanics. We may change game balance, prices and item stats.

3. Telegram Stars purchases

• Purchases are paid with Telegram Stars; payments are processed by Telegram under the Telegram Stars Terms.
• Purchased items are delivered right after the payment is confirmed.
• Refunds. Virtual goods that have been delivered and used are generally non-refundable. If a purchase was not delivered, the wrong item was delivered or a technical error occurred, send /paysupport to the bot within 14 days of the purchase and we will deliver the purchase or refund the Stars. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.

4. Prohibited conduct

• using cheats, bots, scripts, client modifications or automation;
• deliberately exploiting bugs for advantage (please report any bug you find);
• hacking, overloading or attacking the game or its servers;
• buying, selling or transferring accounts or in-game items for real money;
• offensive, discriminatory, obscene or illegal usernames, platoon names or chat messages; spam and fraud;
• impersonating the game’s administration.

For violations we may warn you, remove unfairly gained items, or suspend or permanently ban the account. Purchases on accounts banned for violations are not refunded.

5. Player content

You are responsible for the usernames, platoon names and messages you post. We may remove or change content that breaks these terms.

6. Availability and changes

The game is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service: maintenance, bugs and changes may happen. We may change, add or remove features and may discontinue the game, giving advance notice where possible.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of virtual items caused by third parties or Telegram outages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for purchases in the last 3 months.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date of the last change is shown at the top. By continuing to play after changes you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
